Overview
This article explains how you can unblock previously blocked users in Sisra Analytics. Unblocking a user allows them to use Sisra Analytics again with their account.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Instructions
To unblock one or more users:
- Select USERS.
- Select User List.
- Scroll down to the Blocked Users part of the page:
- Check the checkbox to the right of the blocked accounts you want to unblock:
- Select Unblock Selected.
- When prompted, select OK to confirm your request.
Outcome
The user(s) that you have selected will be unblocked.
