Sonar Tracker: How do I see who is currently on track for Combined RWM?

Overview

This article explains how to configure and use the Sonar Tracker: Primary Age Related Overview Report to view those pupils currently on track for Combined RWM. You can quickly see which pupils are on track at this point in time and determine which pupils could benefit from being allocated additional support in one or more subjects.

Instructions

  1. Select Reports.
  2. Select Primary Age Related Overview.
  3. When prompted, select the pupils you wish to include in the report by selecting one or more Year Groups and/or Classes:

    The report is displayed:
  4. Select Display Options and select Combined:

The report view will update as follows:

After creating this view, bookmark it for easy access later. This will save you time when revisiting the report to check who in your class is on track to achieve Combined RWM. See Sonar Tracker: How do I create a bookmark? for further information.

Outcome

Scroll down to the Combined section of the report. These values show how pupils are performing compared to their ARE. For each measure, the total number of pupils is listed. Select each combined value to see a list of those pupils making up the measure. Anyone who is Just At or higher through to Significantly above is on track for Combined RWM:

Where pupils are Below in one or more subjects, or Significantly Below in one or more subjects consider putting in place interventions as appropriate to improve performance.

To save you time looking for the names of those pupils who are meeting their ARE in all but one subject you can use the Consolidation Opportunities tool within this report. See Sonar Tracker: How do I identify pupils who are not on track for Combined RWM because of one subject? for further information.
