Overview

This article explains how you view historical assessments for previous academic years and assessment periods from within an assessment page.

Limited write users cannot edit historical data, but all other permission types can edit historic data for the current academic year and the previous academic year. Assessment further back than the previous academic year will appear as read only for all permission types.

Instructions

1. From within any assessment page, select the academic year, for example, 2024-2025 next to the assessment page title:
   
2. From the menu, select the previous academic year that you want to view historical assessment data for:
   
3. Select the assessment period(s) that you want to view:
   

Outcome

The historical data for the selected academic year and assessment period(s) is displayed in the assessment page.
