Overview

This report explains how to access data Leavers in Sonar Tracker. 

Prerequisites

• The Leavers must have been active pupils in your Sonar account before they left the school.

Instructions

1. Select the Report you want to use, select the Year Group the pupil would be in now and then use Active Filters

   

2. To choose to include Leavers:

    (set the eye next to Leavers to green):
   

3. Apply the filter.

Outcome

The report is now filtered to show just the Leavers from that Year Group.
