Overview
This report explains how to access data Leavers in Sonar Tracker.
Prerequisites
- The Leavers must have been active pupils in your Sonar account before they left the school.
Instructions
- Select the Report you want to use, select the Year Group the pupil would be in now and then select Filters

To include Leavers, ensure that the Leavers is checked:
- Apply the filter.
Outcome
The report is now filtered to show just the Leavers from that Year Group.
