Overview
This article explains how to view all observations for your class.
You can use this method to select observations for multiple classes or year groups.
Prerequisites
- To use Sonar Tracker's Observations functionality, in addition to a Sonar Tracker subscription, you must subscribe to either the Observations Module or the Parent Engagement Bundle (this includes the Observations Module and the Awards & Activities module).
Instructions
- Select Observations to open the Observations page:
- If prompted, select the year groups and/or classes for the pupils you wish to observe (you can select more than one of each as needed) then select Open Observations:
Outcome
The Objective tab will open. Observations for the selected class are displayed in the Observations Feed. Public and private published objectives are listed in a tab within the feed. Draft observations are listed in a separate My Drafts tab:
