INT: How do I update postcodes for my EYFSP Data Return?

Overview

The EYFSP Data Return requires postcodes so these need to be in the Juniper MIS to be included. This is part of your Wonde sync and has recently been added to the permissions.

Prerequisites

This is only relevant for Sonar accounts that have been integrated with the Juniper Portal.  To determine which version of Sonar Tracker you are using, see Sonar Tracker: Which version of Sonar Tracker am I using?

If you use the stand alone Sonar Tracker, you need to use the  How do I export statutory end of key stage data from Sonar Tracker? guidance to create a file to import into your MIS from where you can create the file for the LA as postcodes are not in Sonar.

To check whether postcodes are already in the Juniper MIS please;

  1. Select Pupils.
  2. Select All Pupils.
  3. Filter for Reception
  4. Select a pupil and scroll down to the bottom of their profile, the postcode will be in the 'Address' field.
  5. If postcode is missing please refer to the following guidance

Instructions

Log into your Wonde portal and approve the 'Students address postcode read' permission (we recommend approving all permissions for Juniper for the best performance)

If you are unsure how to access your Wonde portal please contact Wonde support at support@wonde.com or 01638 438 094

Outcome

Once you have approved the additional permissions, your MIS will sync with your Juniper Portal account during the next overnight sync. You will then be able to create your EYFSP data return the following day.

Related information

The EYFSP Data Return is the only one that requires postcodes so other statutory returns can be created in the meantime.
