Tips and best practices
- Confirm that your Microsoft Outlook calendar link is active before setting up interviews. If the calendar link is not in place, the Microsoft Teams integration will not work correctly and the calendar invite may not be generated.
Next steps
After setting up the interview, check your Microsoft Teams calendar to confirm the invite has been created and that the join link is correct before the candidate receives their email.
