When automatic approval of badges is enabled (see Comms Hub: How do I enable / disable automatic approval of badges?), you can created certificates for badges when you:
- Award a badge to one or more pupils through the Whiteboard view (see Comms Hub: How do I award badges from my whiteboard in class?).
- Award a badge to one or more pupils from the Awards & Activities Class view (see Comms Hub: How do I add a badge?).
- View a pupil's Badges History (see Comms Hub: How do I see the badges a pupil has?).
When you award a badge to multiple pupils at the same time, a PDF is created containing a certificate for each pupil on a separate page. If you want to create a separate certificate PDF file for each pupil who has been awarded a badge, after awarding the badge to multiple, users, do this from the pupil's Badges History page (see Comms Hub: How do I see the badges a pupil has?).
