Comms Hub: How do I edit a badge that I've awarded?

Overview

This article explains how users with the appropriate reviewer permissions can edit / update / make changes to unpublished badges that have been sent for review or that they have created in Comms Hub. 

Prerequisites

  1. The badge that you want to edit must not have been published.
  2. You must have the appropriate reviewer permissions to edit / update / make changes to badges.
  3. Automatic Approvals must be disabled for badges (see Comms Hub: How do I enable / disable automatic approval of badges?).

Instructions

Follow these steps to edit a badge in Comms Hub: 

  1. Select Approvals.
  2. Select Badges.
  3. From All Badges, select the Badge Type for the badge you want to edit:
  4. Select Edit:
  5. Make any changes to the Summary, Badge Type or Subject as required:
  6. Select Next.
  7. Remove any pupils as appropriate:
  8. Select either Save to save a draft or Save & Publish.

Outcome

Any changes made to the badge will be saved as a draft, or finalised and published, based on your selection.
