Overview
This article explains how users with the appropriate reviewer permissions can edit / update / make changes to unpublished badges that have been sent for review or that they have created in Comms Hub.
Prerequisites
- The badge that you want to edit must not have been published.
- You must have the appropriate reviewer permissions to edit / update / make changes to badges.
- Automatic Approvals must be disabled for badges (see Comms Hub: How do I enable / disable automatic approval of badges?).
Instructions
Follow these steps to edit a badge in Comms Hub:
- Select Approvals.
- Select Badges.
- From All Badges, select the Badge Type for the badge you want to edit:
- Select Edit:
- Make any changes to the Summary, Badge Type or Subject as required:
- Select Next.
- Remove any pupils as appropriate:
- Select either Save to save a draft or Save & Publish.
Outcome
Any changes made to the badge will be saved as a draft, or finalised and published, based on your selection.
