MIS: How do I view a list of staff meals ordered for this week?

This article explains how to see a list of staff member meals for the current week using the Meals Log.

Instructions

From the MIS:

  1. Select Manage.
  2. Select School Meals.
  3. Select Meals to open this week's Meal Log.
  4. Select the Staff tab:

Outcome

The Meal Log for Staff opens for the current week:

  1. To search for a specific staff member, enter their name in the Search bar:
     
  2. To better understand the staff related information displayed in the Meal Log, select Meal Key:

    1. FSM - Free school meals (Not applicable - this is for pupils only).
    2. UIFSM - Universal infant free school meals (Not applicable - this is for pupils only).
    3. Absent without meal - Staff member was absent on day despite a meal being selected.
    4. The Food Allergy and Dietary Preference indicators are listed next to the name of a staff member based on the contents of their medical details recorded. If you roll-over these, you can view the specific details of the individual's allergy or dietary preference.
