Overview

This article explains how to see a list of meals for pupils at your school for the current week using the Meals Log.

Instructions

From the MIS:

1. Select Manage.
2. Select School Meals.
3. Select Meals to open this week's Meal Log.

Outcome

The Meal Log for this week opens:

1. To search for a specific pupil, enter their name in the Search bar:
    

2. To view pupils by specific year group, class or custom group, select using Year Group, Class or Custom Group filters. When multiple filters are selected, only pupils who meet the criteria of all filters selected are displayed:

   

3. To better understand what is being displayed about pupils in the Meal Log, select Meal Key:

   

   1. FSM - Free school meals.
   2. UIFSM - Universal infant free school meals.
   3. Absent without meal - Pupil was absent on day despite a meal being selected.
   4. The Food Allergy and Dietary Preference indicators are listed next to the name of a pupil based on the contents of their medical details recorded. If you roll-over these, you can view the specific details of the individual's allergy or dietary preference.
