Comms Hub
Merge fields / tags let you personalise the communications you send using email and app messages from Comms Hub.
They let you dynamically insert pupil and contact names into ad hoc messages and templates, which creates a more tailored and engaging experience for parents and guardians.
The following merge fields are available for inclusion:
- Pupil Forename.
- Pupil Surname.
- Pupil Full Name.
- Contact Forename.
- Contact Surname.
- Contact Full Name.
You cannot use merge fields in your SMS / text messages.
