Overview

This article explains how you can see how your recipients have engaged with your App Message. 

Instructions

1. Select Communications.
2. Select Sent items.
3. Select a message Subject (for an App Message).
4. Scroll to the bottom of the message and locate Engagement:
   
5. Roll over the engagement icons to view those contacts who have engaged with your message. The total number of contacts that have engaged with the message is also displayed:
   
6. Select the engagement icons:
   

Outcome

A window displays the interaction count, types, and names of all contacts who engaged with the App Message. Select an interaction icon to see which contacts interacted in that manner:
