Overview
This article explains how you can see a breakdown of the different types of messages you have sent in a pie chart from Comms Hub. You can compare the percentage of messages you have sent by SMS, Email and App Message.
Instructions
- Select Home.
- Locate the Total Send widget:
- Roll over the chart to view the number of each type of message sent:
Outcome
You are able to compare the number and percentage of messages sent by the different channels (SMS, App Messages and Email).
