Overview
This article explains how to view an Awards & Activities Report, for example, a Badge Report or Pupil Report.
Reports are available for viewing through the appropriate Report page after they have been created.
Instructions
Follow these steps in Comms Hub to view an Awards & Activities Report:
- Select Reports.

From My Reports, select the Report Type for the saved report you want to view, for example, Badge Report or Pupil Report:

From the Reports page that opens, for example, Badge Reports or Pupil Reports, select the appropriate Report Name:
Outcome
The report is displayed:
After the report has been created and saved, it can be accessed at any time without the need to re-run it.
Download a copy of the report in Microsoft Excel or PDF format to distribute to others:
- Select Export.
- Select either Export as Excel or Export as PDF.
After processing, you will be able to download and share the file.
The content of the report is static - it will not automatically update after being generated. If new data is added after a report is created, a new report must be generated.
