Comms Hub: How do I create a report showing the badges awarded across my school over time in Awards & Activities?

Awards & Activities, Comms Hub

Overview

This article explains how to create a Badge Report in Awards & Activities to view the number of each badge awarded for a chosen date range, enabling you to compare usage of different badges. The report displays each badge type and the number of badges awarded.

Using the information in this report, you can:

  1. Identify which values or behaviours are most recognised.
  2. Spot underused badges.
  3. Ensure school values are being consistently reinforced.
  4. Review alignment between recognition and school priorities.
  5. Support strategic behaviour and culture planning.

For schools embedding values-led education, the Badge Report provides tangible insight into whether those values are being actively celebrated.

After processing, you will be able to download and share the file.

The content of the report is static - it will not automatically update after being generated. If new data is added after a report is created, a new report must be generated.
