Sonar Tracker
Overview
This article explains how to check if your staff have completed their summative data entry.
Prerequisites
- You must be an Account Owner or Account Admin to secure access to the reports listed in this article.
Instructions
To view whether your staff have completed their summative data entry in Sonar Tracker:
- Select Reports.
- From the Reports view, select either the EYFS Summative Data Check Summary or Primary Summative Data Check Summary.
- The report opens for the current assessment period within the current academic year. Apply the filters to restrict the pupils included in the views. See Sonar Tracker: How do I filter pupils?
Outcome
The report shows where summative data has / has not been entered:
Drill down into classes and to an individual pupil level as required:
Each cell in the report shows the number and percentage of completed summative assessments compared to those expected:
- Where data entry is not 100% complete, the cell is white.
- Where data entry is 100% complete, the cell background is highlighted green.
