Sonar Tracker: What summative assessment data can I copy?

The table below lists the rules that govern the copying of data, including how it transfers between year, illustrated with examples:

Rule Copy to Copy from Example
When a new academic year starts and no in-year data exists, copying is restricted to the most recent Summer 2 from the previous academic year. The Year Group is incremented when copying.  Start of Year Baseline (2025–2026)

Users can copy either the previous academic year’s final data or the current Start of Year Baseline. Autumn 1 (2025–2026)

All completed assessment points up to the current assessment point are available as copy sources. Autumn 2 (2025-2026)

Each new term adds the immediately preceding term as a copy option while retaining earlier data. Spring 1 (2025-2026)
