Overview
This article explains how to delete / remove a mark from the Office Register that has been added into the MIS by mistake.
Prerequisites
You must be a member of the office staff with the correct permissions to update a pupil's absence.
Instructions
Open the Office Register
From within the MIS, follow these steps to open the Office Register:
- Select Manage.
- Select Attendance.
Select Office Register to open Office Register Attendances:
Delete a mark
To delete /remove a mark from the Office Register:
Locate the mark that you want to delete / remove:
Select the existing mark:
Select the dash in place of the existing mark:
Select the check:
Outcome
The original mark is replaced with the dash, meaning that the mark is deleted / removed:
