Overview
This article explains how to manually record staff vacancies for inclusion in your School Workforce Census.
Instructions
Follow these steps in the MIS to manually record staff vacancies:
- Select Staff.
- Select Vacancies.
- Select Create:
- Complete Create Vacancy:
- Select a Vacancy Post.
- Select a Subject.
- Select a Tenure (Full Time or Part Time).
- Check if the role is Temporarily Filled.
- Check if the role has been Advertised.
- Select a Status (whether the role is Pending, Open or Closed).
- Select Save
Outcome
A notification is displayed confirming the vacancy is recorded for submission in the School Workforce Census. The vacancy is displayed in the All Vacancies list.
