Overview
This article explains how to see a pupil's emergency information from their pupil record that is accessed through the All Pupil page of the Juniper MIS. The emergency information contains emergency medical details and emergency contacts for the pupil that have been stored in your MIS.
Instructions
Follow these steps to view a pupil's emergency information:
- Select Pupils.
- Select All Pupils.
- Locate the pupil whose profile you want to view (use the search bar or filters to speed up this process as appropriate):
- Select the pupil's Full Name to open their profile:
- When their pupil record opens, select Show Emergency Information:
Outcome
The pupil's emergency details are displayed as an overlay on the right of the page:
Select View more information in either the Medicines & Allergies or Emergency Contacts sections to see further details.
