MIS: How do I view a pupil's emergency information?

Overview

This article explains how to see a pupil's emergency information from their pupil record that is accessed through the All Pupil page of the Juniper MIS. The emergency information contains emergency medical details and emergency contacts for the pupil that have been stored in your MIS. 

Instructions

Follow these steps to view a pupil's emergency information:

  1. Select Pupils.
  2. Select All Pupils.
  3. Locate the pupil whose profile you want to view (use the search bar or filters to speed up this process as appropriate):

  4. Select the pupil's Full Name to open their profile:

  5. When their pupil record opens, select Medical Notes or Contacts:

Outcome

  1. If you select Medical notes, a summary of the pupil's medical notes are listed, including allergies:

  2. If you select Contacts, a summary of the pupil's contacts are listed, including telephone numbers:

Select View more in either the Medical Information or Contacts to see further details.
