MIS: How do I create a pupil list report?

Overview

This article explains how to create a pupil list report. Pupil list reports comprise a selection of filters and columns. Creating pupil list reports will save you time when you regularly refer to the same pupil lists that require a degree of customisation. Instructions

Follow these steps to create a pupil list report:

  1. Select Pupils.
  2. Select All Pupils.
  3. Select the various Filters that you want to apply to the pupil list report:

    To view a summary of filters already selected, select Applied Filters:

  4. Select Columns: to choose the various Columns that you want to display in your pupil list report:
  5. From Choose which columns you see:
    1. Check / uncheck the appropriate columns.
    2. Select Apply.
  6. After configuring your report, select Save.
  7. Select As Report:
  8. When prompted, enter a Report Name and select Save:

Outcome

A confirmation message explaining the report has been successfully saved is displayed: 

The Pupil list report will be available for future viewing in the Reports section of the MIS. See MIS: How do I open / edit my pupil list report? for further information.
