Comms Hub: How do I edit a template?

Introduction

This article explains how you can edit / update / modify an email, SMS or App Message template.

Prerequisites

  • You must be an Account Owner or an Account Admin to edit a template. 
  • The template must be configured to be editable - templates provided with the system, for example, First Day Calling cannot be edited.

Instructions

To edit a template in Comms Hub:

  1. Select Communications.
  2. Select Templates.
  3. Find the template that you want to change:
  4. When you've located the template:
    1. Select  (the vertical ellipsis / three dots icon).
    2. Select Edit.
  5. Make your changes:
  6. Select Save

Outcome

The template is saved with the changes that you have made. A message confirming this is displayed:
