Introduction
This article explains how you can edit / update / modify an email, SMS or App Message template.
Prerequisites
- You must be an Account Owner or an Account Admin to edit a template.
- The template must be configured to be editable - templates provided with the system, for example, First Day Calling cannot be edited.
Instructions
To edit a template in Comms Hub:
- Select Communications.
- Select Templates.
- Find the template that you want to change:
- When you've located the template:
- Select
(the vertical ellipsis / three dots icon).
- Select Edit.
- Select
- Make your changes:
- Select Save.
Outcome
The template is saved with the changes that you have made. A message confirming this is displayed:
