MIS: How do I see a comparison between attendance and absence for the current academic year?

Overview

This article explains how to view the attendance and absence percentages this year for the whole school, or a specific group /class, using the Class Attendance Current Academic Year widget on the Home page. By default, the widget compares attendance / absence across the Whole School for the year, but you can select a specific Group.

Instructions

  1. Select Home within Juniper MIS.
  2. Locate the Class Attendance Current Academic Year widget.

Outcome

By default, the whole school attendance and absence percentages are displayed in a pie chart:

  1. Roll over the segments of the chart to view the number of present and absent marks recorded so far this year.
  2. Select image.png (the filter icon) to select a specific Group, rather than view details for the Whole School.
