MIS: How do I see this week's attendance?

Overview

This article explains how to view this week's attendance percentage for the whole school and compare it to last week using the Group Attendance Overview widget on the Home page. You can choose to graphically see attendance for the Whole School (default), Year Groups only, or Classes only. 

Instructions

  1. Select Home within Juniper MIS.
  2. Locate the Group Attendance Overview widget.

Outcome

By default, the school attendance percentage is displayed by Year Group, along with an indicator of how it compares to last week, with a graphical representation of each Class and Year Group:

  1. Select to choose what to include in the bar chart (Whole School / Year Groups / Classes). If Whole School is selected, both Year Groups and Classes are displayed.
  2. The colours on the chart indicate the attendance level, based on those configured in the Attendance Colour Bandings (for further information, see MIS: How do I configure attendance colour bandings?).
