Overview
This article explains how to view an overview of those pupils recorded as being late today using the Today's Attendance Alerts on the Home page. Using the widget, select whether to view lates for the whole school or a specific group / class. Additionally, you can select a pupil's name to drill down into their attendance record stored in their pupil record.
Instructions
To view an overview of pupils late today:
- Select Home within Juniper MIS.
- Locate the Today's Attendance Alerts widget.
- Select Late.
Outcome
By default, the names, classes, and sessions (Morning or Afternoon) of all pupils marked Late today across the school are displayed:
- Select
to select a specific group / class:
- The number of lates for the selected group / class / whole school are displayed next to the tab title.
- Select a pupil's name to view their attendance record.
