Overview
This article explains how to view an overview of those pupils recorded as being absent from school today using the Today's Attendance Alerts widget on the Home page. Using the widget, select whether to view pupil absences for the whole school or a specific group / class. All absences are displayed, including the reason for the absence.
Instructions
- Select Home within Juniper MIS.
- Locate the Today's Attendance Alerts widget.
Outcome
By default, the names, classes, reasons for absence and sessions (Morning or Afternoon) of all pupils marked Absent today across the school are displayed:
- Select
to filter by a specific group / class:
- The number of absences for the selected group / class / whole school are displayed next to the tab title.
- Select a pupil's name to view their attendance record.
