Overview
This article explains how to check if you or other users have the appropriate permissions to view Embargo reports within both Sisra Analytics and Multi-School (for MATs).
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Instructions
Select the appropriate tab for the product you are checking Embargo viewing permissions:

Sisra Analytics
Follow these steps to check each of your Authority Groups to see which ones can view Embargo reports:
- Select USERS.
- Select Groups.
- Select a Group Name that you want to check (by default, Admins can see Embargo reports, not Users)
- Scroll through the Authority Group Details and locate the Action listed as View Embargo Reports:
- If Access is checked, the group members will see Embargo reports.
- If Access is not checked, the group members won't see Embargo reports.

MAT Reports
Follow these steps to check each member of staff to ensure that they have Results Day Embargo Exemption enabled:
- Select User Management.
- Select the Staff Member you want to check from the Active Users list.
- Scroll down to the permissions section.
- Check the Results Day Embargo Exemption permission:
- If Results Day Embargo Exemption is checked, the staff member will see Embargo reports.
- If Results Day Embargo Exemption is not checked, the staff member won't see Embargo reports.
To enable / disable an individual's Results Day Embargo Exemption, select Edit at the bottom of this section, make the change, then select Submit:
Outcome
You know which user(s) can view Embargo reports during the Embargo period.
