Sonar Tracker: How do I set Sonar Tracker so that the same Year Group / Class load?

Overview

This article explains how you can set your default preferences in Sonar Tracker. Your default preferences determine which Year Group and / or Class are automatically applied when you load assessments or reports.

Instructions

Follow these steps to set your default preferences:

  1. Navigate to Home in Sonar Tracker:

  2. Select Set Preferences:
  3. When prompted:
    1. Select your default Year Group and / or Class.
    2. Select Save Preferences.

Outcome

Your preferences will be updated with the Year Group and/or Class you have selected. When you load a report or open an assessment data entry window, it will open using the settings selected here.
