Overview
This article provides a checklist for setting up T Level qualifications for Key Stage 5.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Checklist
T Level qualifications are set up in the same way as other qualification types within Sisra Analytics. When you set them up, consider the following:

T Level subjects are made up of Core Components (Graded A*-E similar to A Levels), Occupational Specialisms (Graded DMP) and Industry Placements (Graded Pass/Fail).
Create these as separate Grade methods in CONFIG > Grade Methods > KS5 Methods:

Associate each T Level with an EAP. Create an individual EAP for the Core Component, Occupational Specialism and Industrial Placement elements.
Create EAPs in DATA > KS5 & Cohort > KS4/EAP > EAP/Baselines > EAP.
The example below shows three EAPs for a Business T Level - one for each element:
Determine the EAP Baselines to use. If you don't have specific targets for these subjects, you can select any other EAP Baseline subject currently available, and leave the EAP detail blank.

Set up each T Level component on the Matching page as a separate qualification. There should be individual rows for T Level Core Component, Occupational Specialism, and Industry Placement.
The qualifications are added to the Matching page when you upload grades in each element. or alternatively when you manually create them in GRADES > Matching.
The example below shows individual rows for T Level Business with the Core Component and Occupational Specialism. These rows are linked to the appropriate QN codes and EAPs in the same way as other qualifications. This allows grades to be correctly mapped to each element for calculating headline figures.
We have created a single custom QN code for the T Level Industry Placement element. All results for this element can be uploaded to this single qualification and matched to the QN code INDUSTRYPLACEMENT.
