This article explains how to allow pop-ups in your browser. You may want to do this because you are getting a warning that a pop-up blocker is currently enabled, which may prevent you from accessing some pages of Sisra Analytics.
We do not recommend using Internet Explorer for Sisra Analytics because Microsoft no longer support it. If you still use Internet Explorer to access Sisra Analytics, we recommend switching to one of the browsers below.
Select a browser below to find out how to enable pop-ups:

When using Chrome, if your pop-ups are being blocked, a Pop-up blocked message is displayed to the right of your address bar.
To enable pop-ups for Sisra Analytics:

Select Pop-up blocked.

Select Always allow pop-ups from...

Select Done.

If you can't open separate tabs or links from Sisra Analytics in Safari:
- Select the cog icon
- Select ‘Block Pop-Up Windows’ to remove the tick.
Alternatively:
- Select Preferences… to open up a separate window.
- Select the Security tab.
- Uncheck Block Pop-Up Windows.

Within Firefox a yellow banner indicates that pop-ups are being blocked below your address bar.
- Select Options.
- Select Allow pop-ups for….
The download pop-up will open when you select the download link.

When using Opera, if pop-ups are being blocked, a Pop-up blocked notification will display in your address bar.
- Select Pop-up blocked.
- Select ‘Always allow pop-ups from…’.
This will allow the download pop-up to open next time.
If you can't enable the pop-ups ask your local IT department for support.
