Juniper Websites: How do I set a user to be the site's Data Protection Officer?

Overview

This article explains setting up one of your administrators as your site's Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Data Protection Officers can view, amend and remove those with user accounts on your website. They also receive specific notifications of inactive accounts or items for review.

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator to assign the Data Protection Officer on your website.

Instructions

To set the Data Protection Officer role:

  1. Select Settings from the Website tab.
  2. Select Website Settings.
  3. Select the user who you want to take on the role of Data Protection Officer:
  4. Select Save.

Outcome

The selected user is assigned the Data Protection Officer role. 

Only one Data Protection Officer can be set for your website.
