Overview
This article explains how to view a list of existing roles and users. You can search for specific users or view a list of users by role.
Prerequisites
You must be an Administrator to see users and roles.
Instructions
To view existing Roles and Users:
- Select User Manager from the Home tab:
- A list of Roles is displayed in the centre panel:
- To view a user search for them by selecting a Role or use the search functionality:
As you add more users and roles, use the search bar at the top of the page to speed up your search, rather than browsing through the individual names within a specific role. Type the user's name into the search bar and select the magnifying glass to complete the search.
Outcome
You will be presented with a list of users based on your search criteria / the role you selected.
