Overview
This article explains how to send a user a password reset email.
Prerequisites
You must be an Administrator to send a user a reset password email.
Instructions
To send a new password reset email to a user:
- Select User Manager from the Home tab:
- Search for the user within the User Manager search box or by role:
- Locate and select the user's name from the list:
- In the right panel scroll down and select Send password reset:
Outcome
The user will receive a password reset email.
