Overview
This article explains how to edit an enhanced popup that you have previously created.
If you are also using a custom popup, or emergency popup, they should be disabled so that only one of the options is live on the site.
Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator to use this functionality.
- You must have purchased the Enhanced Popup feature. If you don't have this feature and want to add it, contact us for more information.
Instructions
Follow these steps to edit an enhanced popup:
- Open Settings from the Website tab.
- Select Popup Settings:
- Select Enhanced Popup:
- Browse the enhanced popups to locate the one you want to edit.
- Select the pencil icon (
) to edit:
- Modify your popup as required.
- Select OK to save your changes.
- Select OK to confirm you understand the modified popup will now go live:

You will return to the Enhanced Popup window:
- Select Preview to see how your popup looks:
- Select Save:
If you are certain that you have pop-up functionality on your website, but cannot see the settings here, you may be looking for the Custom Popup or Emergency Popup. If you don't have this option, we can add it for £65.
Outcome
Any changes made to the popup will be saved. The popup is updated to reflect the changes.
