This article explains how to disable an emergency popup.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator to disable an emergency popup.
Instructions
Follow these steps to disable an emergency popup:
- Select Settings from the Website tab.
- Select Popup Settings.
- Select Emergency Popup:
- Set Enable Popup? to No.
- Select Save.
- You will be notified that your changes have been saved:
- Select X to close the window.
Outcome
The emergency banner will no longer show when visitors land on your website's homepage.
