Overview

This article explains how to schedule the publication of an enhanced popup. 

If you are also using a custom popup, or emergency popup, they should be disabled so that only one of the options is live on the site.

Prerequisites

1. You must be an administrator to use this functionality.
2. You must have purchased the Enhanced Popup feature. If you don't have this feature and want to add it, contact us for more information.

Instructions

Follow these steps to schedule when an enhanced popup will display:

1. Open Settings from the Website tab.
2. Select Popup Settings:
   
3. Select Enhanced Popup:
   
4. Browse the enhanced popups to locate the one you want to schedule.
5. Select the pencil icon () to edit:
   
6. Scroll down the page to Publish this popup on and Archive this popup on.
7. Select the date that you would like the article to be published from:
   
8. Select the date that you would like the article to be achieved (no longer published):
   
9. Select OK to save your changes.
10. Select OK to acknowledge the publication start and end dates:
    
    

11. You will return to the Enhanced Popup window:

    

12. Select Save:
    

If you are certain that you have pop-up functionality on your website, but cannot see the settings here, you may be looking for the Custom Popup or Emergency Popup. If you don't have this option, we can add it for £65.

Outcome

The popup will go live on your website between the publish and archive times that you specified.
