Comms Hub: How do I know who my message has been sent to?

Overview

This article explains how you can view which app messages, emails and text messages (SMS) have been successfully sent to your contacts (including parents, pupils and staff). You can also view details of those who have not received your message because their email address or telephone number is not stored in the Juniper MIS.

Instructions

From Comms Hub:

  1. Select Communications.
  2. Select Sent Items to view a list of sent messages:

  3. Select the Subject of the message you want to check for sent recipients (or those who have not received it):
  4. Review the Summary details that will list how many messages have been successfully sent along with how many have been unsuccessful:
  5. To view who has received / not received the message, select Recipients:

Outcome

From the Recipients tab, you can review the list of recipients and whether the message has been successfully sent to them by app message, email and / or SMS.
