Overview
This article outlines how to compare the performance of Disadvantaged pupils with their non-Disadvantaged peers using summative data in the appropriate Age Related Overview report (Sonar Tracker: EYFS (2020) Age Related Overview Report or Sonar Tracker: Primary Age Related Overview Report).
Instructions
The instructions below can be used for either the EYFS (2020) Age Related Overview report or Primary Age Related Overview report. In these instructions, the EYFS (2020) Age Related Overview report is used:
- Select Reports.
- Select the EYFS (2020) Age Related Overview.
- When prompted, select the pupils you wish to include in the report by selecting one or more Year Groups and/or Classes:
The report is displayed: - To change the default subjects displayed, select the Subject menu and choose the different subjects to use in the report:
- Select Display Options and select Summary View:
The report view will update as follows:
After creating this view, it's good practice to bookmark it for easy access in the future. See Sonar Tracker: How do I create a bookmark? for further information.
Outcome
For each subject displayed, you can compare the performance of your Disadvantaged pupils with other pupils. For each measure, the percentage and total number of pupils is listed. Select a percentage/number to see a list of the pupils included in the value:
