Statutory Reception Baseline Assessment outcomes are not stored in Sonar Tracker as the government does not make this data available to schools.
Use the first assessment period of the year (Autumn 1) in EYFS (2020) Summative Teacher Assessments to record your teacher's initial baseline judgement of where the reception pupils are starting from (see Sonar Tracker: How do I enter EYFS (2020) summative assessments? to find out more).
