Overview
This article explains how to delete a user from Sonar Tracker.
Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator.
Instructions
If you delete a user in error the action cannot be undone - you will need to recreate the user.
Follow these steps to delete a user:
- Select School.
- Locate the Users widget
- If the widget looks like the one below, delete the user through your school's MIS. Otherwise, continue to Step 4.
- Select
(delete) icon next to the user you want to delete.
- When selected, Are you sure you want to delete this user? is displayed:
- Enter the word delete in the space provided to confirm your request.
- Select OK to complete the deletion.
- Following the successful deletion of the user, select Close to return to the Users page:
Outcome
The user is deleted from Sonar Tracker.
