Overview
This article explains the steps required to promote data from individual schools within Sisra Analytics to the Multi-School dashboard for KS4 and KS5.
Instructions
Step 1: You should have received an email that will allow you to set up your account - Once you have done this you should be able to navigate to https://multischool.junipereducation.org/ and enter your login credentials - If you haven't received this please email assessmentdashboard.support@junipereducation.org.
| ⚠ ** Important - You must complete the Sisra Analytics Setup within your schools, for each of the required year groups and data sets, before any data can be promoted to the MAT reports ** ⚠ |
Once this is done, there are a few extra things to complete/check. Doing this will ensure data is visible within the MAT Reports use the links included below for further guidance (links are shown in blue).
Within Sisra Analytics:
Step 2: Check Key Filter Mapping is completed within the Students area for each cohort you'd like to promote to the MAT reports. (DATA > KS & Cohort > Students > Key Filter Mapping)
Step 3: Check the Matching Page, to ensure each qualification is mapped to its associated QN code. (Grades > Matching)*
Step 4: Check the correct Grade Type is selected for each of the sets of data you would like to promote to the MAT reports. (Grades > Uploads > Select Dataset)
Step 5: Publish the relevant report, selecting the relevant A8 Estimates and Data Collaboration year. (Grades > Publish Grades)
When using the MAT dashboard for the first time, if steps 2 - 4 have already been completed you will need to republish any reports that you wish to be promoted to the MAT area.
|
If you have Admin access for Sisra Analytics within each of the schools, you will be able to complete steps 2 - 5 yourself. However if you do not have Admin access, you will need to contact the relevant Sisra Administrators in each school and direct them to the following articles: |
* In KS4, the Data Collaboration Setup and Publish Status should both show 100% Complete. For 24/25 and 25/26 cohorts however, due to absence of KS2 data, it is not necessary to complete the KS2 Core Subjects element of the Data Collaboration setup. See Sisra Analytics: Data Collaboration Checks for Cohorts 24/25 and 25/26 (Admin) for further information.
Within Multi-School:
Step 6: Select which Data Collections are displayed in the reports, once published, Data Sets and Assessment Collections will appear within Data Collection Management Settings where they can be set to Display in the reports.
Step 7: Add additional staff (Optional) - Add any additional Staff Members that require access to the Dashboard.
