I have a student data filter available for the selected Sisra key filter
If you have a filter available for the selected key filter, select this from Use the values from the Student Data Filter. After it is selected, a list of your school filter values will display. Map each value to the associated SISRA Filter Value. For example, a school using N for Non-Disadvantaged students and Y for those who are Disadvantaged map N to Other – Not Disadvantaged and Y to Disadvantaged:
If you do not have a Disadvantaged filter, double-check which students would be considered Disadvantaged in your school, and create an additional student data filter to import this within your student data files. The DfE define Disadvantaged as students classed as FSM Ever6, Looked After, or left care through adoption or another court order. This can differ from Pupil Premium (which includes Armed Forces students). For more information about how the DfE define disadvantaged students, see Sisra Analytics: How does the DfE define Disadvantaged students? (Admin). To find out more about creating student data filters, see Sisra Analytics: Student Data Profile - Creating & Managing Filters (Admin).
-
All or none of our students are classed as a specific filter value
If all (or none) of your students, fall under a specific filter value, select the appropriate option from All of the students in this cohort are. For example, in an all-boys school, all students can be linked to Male. for Gender:
-
Our school does not report to the DfE
If your school does not report to the DfE and you don't want to map your students to any filter values in All of the students in this cohort are select Do Not Include. This option is only available for non-DfE schools, and will ensure the collaborative breakdown functionality is not available for this filter in the reports.
Outcome
Your filters are successfully mapped.
