Overview

This article explains how to ensure that your school's reports pull through to the KS5 MAT Dashboard.

Prerequisites

You must subscribe to the KS5 MAT Dashboard

Instructions

Follow the steps below to ensure your school's reports pull through to the KS5 MAT Dashboard:

• Complete Key Filter Mapping as follows:

  1. Select DATA.
  2. Select Key Stage 5.
  3. Select the relevant Cohort.
  4. Select Students.
  5. Select Key Filter Mapping.
  6. Map your school’s Disadvantaged, Gender, and SEN filters to the corresponding Sisra Analytics Key Filters:

• Ensure that the Grade Type for each appropriate Data Set has been set as follows:

  1. Select DATA.
  2. Select Key Stage 5.
  3. Select the relevant Cohort.
  4. Select Grades.
  5. Select Uploads.
  6. Repeat the following for each appropriate Data Set:
     
     
     1. Select Select Grade Type that this data set relates to.
     2. Select the appropriate option for the type of grades uploaded.
  7. Repeat the following for each appropriate Assessment Collection:
     1. Select a Collection to open it.
     2. Select Edit Collection:
        
     3. Select a Grade Type.
     4. Select Save.

• Publish each appropriate Data Set following the guidance in Sisra Analytics: How do I publish Grades (Data Sets and Assessment Collections) in KS5? (Admin).

  

  Ensure all required setup steps are complete, for example, creating EAPs and Matching, before publishing.

Outcome

Your school's reports now pull through to the KS5 MAT Dashboard.
