Overview
If your school is part of a Multi Academy Trust or a federation and you have staff that work across multiple schools they can be set up with multi-site access to those schools in Sonar Tracker. This allows them to switch between Sonar Tracker school accounts with one login. Follow the instructions below to set up multi-site.
Instructions
To set up multi-site access a senior member of the Trust must submit a request on behalf of a user. The user must have an account for at least one school in Sonar Tracker.
When submitting the request, provide the following user information:
- Name
- Job type
- User access type (for example, Admin, Write and Read Only)
- The names of the schools the user needs access to, with the name of the school they already have access to.
