Sonar Tracker: How do I customise the subjects I see when making summative assessments?

Overview

Follow these steps to configure which subjects are available for data entry in the EYFS Summative Assessment (New) page and the Primary Summative Assessment (New) page when recording your assessments.  

You can select up to 10 subjects to display. The default the subjects displayed are as follows:

EYFS Summative The prime areas - Listening, Attention and Understanding, Speaking, Self-Regulation, Managing Self, Building Relationships, Gross Motor Skills and Fine Motor Skills.
Primary Summative The Core Subjects - Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science and Spoken Language.

Instructions

To customise the subjects displayed when making summative assessments in Sonar Tracker: 

  1. Select Assessments.
  2. Select either EYFS Summative Assessment (New) or Primary Summative Assessment (New) from the Teacher Assessments pane based on your need.
  3. Select the appropriate Year Group(s) and / or Class(es).
  4. Select Open Assessment.
  5. Select the Subjects selector.
  6. Choose up to 10 subjects that you want to display, using the main groupings as appropriate to select all subjects within the group:

Outcome

The view will be automatically updated to reflect the subjects as you select them:
