In order to change an image such as a School Logo in a Template you will need to follow

the following steps:

Part One – Image Tasks

Firstly add the New image to School Documents this option is accessed by clicking on

your name at the top of the Pupil Asset screen which opens up this drop down.

Then clicking on School Documents select Upload File

Set Permissions and add file

Once Saved it will be added to your School Documents

Once here click on the image to open and it will provide a URL address for example

https://secure.pupilasset.com/files/A7249955/da3ee0baaa284336f2539eddd28c4d93ecb603922a3f3661b87045686d82dd7b/pa_test_image.png/large

This is the URL you will need to paste into the Template.

Part two- Template Tasks

In the Template once you have opened it and are seeing the coding go to the image

Code:

Then delete (in red) the existing URL and replace with the New URL

The Logo/Image will now be changed.

P.S. Should you need to resize the image the following code can be added and you can adjust until you reach the right size:
