Pupil Asset: Email Issue icloud users

If a pupil contact is using iCloud and is experiencing issues receiving emails, it may be because they have exceeded their storage quota. This occurs when a user’s mailbox goes over the maximum allowed size.

To resolve the issue, they will need to delete any unnecessary files from their account. They should also ensure that items are removed from the “Deleted Messages” folder.

Once their storage has been cleared, they should be able to receive emails again.
