Pupil Asset: Why has my new member of staff not received a password reset email?

Logging in for new users

A password reset email is not sent to a new staff member immediately after their account is created. 

Once staff members have been added to the system, they will need to use the First time logging in? link on the Login page:https://secure.pupilasset.com/login.php

When you click on the 'First time logging in' link you will see this screen pop up.

Enter the relevant information into the username field and then click 'new password.  Instructions on how to generate a password will then be sent directly to the new staff members email account.
