The amount billed on an invoice represents the next 12 months of the subscription fee in respect of a multi-year contract. There will be a total of 2 or 3 invoices raised related to one sales order depending on how long your contract is with us. The contract dates seen on the invoice(s) represent your contracted term. However, invoices are raised annually and represent the subscription period and cost for the current year.
